Let me introduce myself….
I was born in Brooklyn, NY. Then moved to the suburbs at age 5. Raised by my hard working parents along with an older and younger brother. From age 14 through 25, I ran a small landscaping business, where I learned a love for self-employment, public relations and the ethics of doing quality work.At age 19, I spent five months traveling in Israel and Europe. I returned home determined to resume my education and make a mark on the world. I had that opportunity in 1977, when I enrolled in the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. After four years of educational blood, sweat and tears, diploma and license in hand, I accepted a position as an associate chiropractor in Santa Cruz.
It was love at first sight….moving to Santa Cruz was one of the best decisions of my life. Another one was marrying a beautiful dental hygiene student, Jeanette, several years later. We now have two sons, Nate and Tommy, both extraordinary young men striking out on their own, making their parents proud of their independence and passion.
After 38 years of practice, I look forward to each and every day having the opportunity to interact with both existing and new patients, to use the tools of my trade, both learned and developed, to help make their lives better. I do not run a high volume practice. My average office visit lasts at least 30 min, often an hour as needed. I truly believe that high quality work requires time and effort…it’s a mantra I practice daily.
I invite people who want an extraordinary chiropractic experience to make an appointment. I look forward to meeting you too.
